第2.3次新昭和切手 1946年(昭和21年)~ 1948年(昭和23年) 終戦の翌年、1946年後半になると、切手の印刷・供給体制も回復し始めた。逓信省印刷局発行だけではなく、民間の「平山秀山堂」製作の30銭切手などが発売された。この時から印面に「日本郵便」が使われた。この他、民間印刷としては、凸版印刷、共同印刷などが指名され製造した。
