Not only issued by the Printing Bureau of the Ministry of Communications, but also 30-sen stamps produced by the private sector "Hirayama Syu-zando" were released. From this time, "Japan Post" was used for the stamp. In addition, as private printing, Toppan Printing Co., and The Kyodo Printing Co., etc. were nominated and manufactured. These stamps were perforated and glued.
