満州国建国10周年記念 1942年（昭和17年）9月15日発行 （みほん）
1932年（昭和7年）9月、日本は満州国を承認した。それから10年経った1942年（昭和17年）9月、逓信省はそれを記念する2種の切手を発行した。2銭と10銭は満州国の社殿（日本の神を祀る）を描き、5銭は日本と満州の子供、20銭は,満州国の紋章を描いた。

Issued on September 15, 1942 (Showa 17)
In September 1932 (Showa 7), Japan approved Manchuria. Ten years later, in September 1942 (Showa 17), the Ministry of Communications issued two kinds of stamps to commemorate it. 2 sen and 10 sen depict a shrine in Manchuria (which enshrines the Japanese god), 5 sen depicts a child in Japan and Manchuria, and 20 sen depicts a "coat of arms" of Manchuria.
