皇太子台湾訪問記念 1923年（大正12年）4月16日発行 （みほん）
１９２１年（大正１0年）11月、皇太子裕仁親王はヨーロッパから帰国後、「摂政」に就任した。その理由は大正天皇が長く病気で、その執行代理が必要となったからである。その当時、台湾は日本の領土であり、次期天皇が訪問する事は、台湾人の忠誠心と従属意識を高める目的を持っていた。切手のデザインは「新高山」（３９５０ｍで富士山より高い）である。

In November 1921 (Taisho 10), Prince Hirohito was appointed "Regent" after returning from Europe. The reason is that Emperor Taisho was ill for a long time, and he needed an agent to execute it. At that time, Taiwan was a territory of Japan, and the visit of the next Emperor had the purpose of increasing Taiwanese loyalty and subordinate awareness. The stamp design is "Niitakayama" (3950m higher than Mt. Fuji).
