Scenary stamps 1 Isued on 1923 (Taisyo15) - 1937 (Showa12) In October 1925 (Taisho 14), UPU reduced the price of foreign postal charges, and in response to this, new stamps were issued in UPU-standard printing colors. These new stamps were mainly used for foreign mail in combination with the already issued "Fuji deer stamps". Mt. Fuji, Nagoya Castle, and Nokko Yomei mon are drawn on the stamp, and it is called "Scenery stamp".
