富士鹿切手 3 昭和毛紙・昭和白紙切手 1937年（昭和12年）発行 1937年（昭和12）、UPUは、再度郵便料金改定（値上げ）を行った。それにより、富士鹿切手は、再度印刷色を変更し発行された。因みにその時期、既に発行が予定されていた「昭和切手」白紙用紙に切替えが進んでいたため、富士鹿切手も白紙に変更された。つまり、上記の切手は、同じデザインと印刷色で、印刷用紙変更のみが行われた。この年は今までの田沢切手（1913-1937）に代わり、すべての通常切手が「昭和切手」に変更されたため、２４年間にわたる田沢切手の発行は終了した。
