富士鹿切手 2（改色・新版） 1930年（昭和4年）～ 1931年（昭和5年）発行 1930年（昭和5）、富士鹿切手は、前年の1929年に発行されたUPU指定印刷色による富士鹿改色切手の印刷サイズを、新型印刷機の使用のために新版に入れ替えて発行された。この時期の富士鹿切手は、UPU指定色と新型印刷機の相次ぐ採用により、計4回の変化がある。

In 1922 (Taisho 11), three types of stamps, Mt. Fuji and Deer Design, were issued due to the increase in foreign mail prices by UPU. It is 4 sen for printed materials (yellow green), 8 sen for postcards (red), and 20 sen for letters (blue). In 1925 (Taisho 14),new postage stamps(scenery series) and revised Fuji and deer stamps were issued due to the reduction in foreign postage rates. In addition, There was a price increase again. Therefore, the third revised Fuji and deer stamps were issued.
