ふみの日 1992 (平成4年) 7月 23日発行
政省は1992年7月、「ふみの日」キャンペーン切手を発行した。ふみの日とは、郵政省が1979年に制定した 7月23日の手紙記念日である。1992年切手は、「お花畑の便り」、「犬と小鳥の手紙」がデザインされている。なお、小型シートと、切手帳が併せて発行された。
Letter Writing Day Issued on July 23, 1992 (Heisei 4)
In July 1992, the Ministry of Government issued a "Fumi Day" campaign stamp. Fumi Day is the anniversary of his letter on July 23, established by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications in 1979. The 1992 stamp was designed with "Letters from Flower Fields" and "Letters from Dogs and Birds". A small sheet and a stamp booklet were issued together.
