第3回郵便切手デザインコンクール 1992 (平成4年) 10月 9日発行
郵政省は、日本の郵便切手の世界への紹介を目的にして、切手のデザインを世界に公募した。第1回郵便切手デザインコンクールは、1990年6月に実施され、1991年5月に第2回コンクールが行われ、41円「花」、62円「民族衣装でお客様のお世話」、70円「ちょうちょ」、100円「世界平和」が採用された。今回は第3回目で、「クリスマスの男」と「ともだち」が採用された。
The 3rd Postage Stamp Design Contest Issued on October 9, 1992 (Heisei 4)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications has solicited stamp designs from around the world for the purpose of introducing Japanese postage stamps to the world. The 1st Postage Stamp Design Contest was held in June 1990, and the 2nd Contest was held in May 1991. 41 yen "flowers", 62 yen "care for customers in national costumes", 70 yen "Chocho" and 100 yen "World Peace" were adopted. This is the third time that "Christmas man" and "friends" have been adopted.
