第2次文化人シリーズ 7 1998 (平成10年) 11月 4日発行
1992年11月から2004年11月まで、第2次文化人切手 (13集・30名) が発行された。第1次文化人切手は、1949年 (昭和24年) から1952年 (昭和27年) まで18人発行 された。今回の文化人切手は、文化勲章受章者だけではなく、江戸時代の浮世絵師や学者まで広範囲に選ばれている。このリーフは、第7集 (英文名が「姓」から印刷) である。
The Second Cultural Leaders 7 Issued on Nobember 4, 1998 (Heisei 10)
From November 1992 to November 2004, the second cultural stamps (13th collection, 30 people) were issued. The first cultural stamps were issued by 18 people from 1949 (Showa 24) to 1952 (Showa 27). This stamp is not only the recipient of the Order of Culture, but also a wide range of ukiyo-e artists and scholars from the Edo period. This leaf is the 7th collection.
