50th Anniversary of the Certified Public Tax Accountant System Issued on November 9, 1992 (Heisei 4)

50th Anniversary of the Certified Public Tax Accountant System Issued on November 9, 1992 (Heisei 4)
In Japan, during the war period from 1937 (Showa 12), a tax increase was made to raise war expenses, and there was a shortage of tax officers due to conscription. Under these circumstances, the Tax Accountant Law was enacted in 1942 (Showa 17) in order to eliminate fraudulent tax agents, and the tax accountant system was established. The stamp is issued to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the enforcement of the Tax Accountant Law, and is designed with the "Tax Accountant Emblem and Sakura".
