商業登記制度100年 1993 (平成5年) 7月1日発行
商業登記制度とは、日本の商法に規定された商人の一定の事項について商業登記簿に記載して公示する登記で、1898年に発足した。近年、登記事務の大量・複雑化に対応するため、1988年に登記事務のシステム化を行うこととする法改正が行われ、コンピュータによる登記事務を行うこととなった。1990年 (平成2) に、日本の商業登記が全てコンピュータ化された。切手は、日本の商業登記制度発足100年を記念して発行され、「商業登記の文字」がデザインされている。
Centennial Anniversary of Commercial Registration System Issued on April 23, 1993 (Heisei 5)
The commercial registration system is a registration that states and publicizes certain matters of merchants stipulated in the Japanese Commercial Code in the commercial register, and was established in 1898. In recent years, in order to cope with the large amount and complexity of registration duties, the law was amended in 1988 to systematize registration duties, and it was decided to carry out registration duties by computer. In 1990 (Heisei 2), all Japanese commercial registrations were computerized. Stamps are issued in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Japanese commercial registration system, and are designed with "characters of commercial registration".
