世界精神保健連盟世界会議 1993 (平成5年) 8月 23日発行
世界精神保健連盟 (ＷＦＭＨ) は、1948年ロンドンで創設され、国連とその関連機関に対して諮問に応じる立場にあり、ＷＨＯと密接な関係にあるなど、国際的に高く評価される組織である。世界会議が2年毎に開催され、1993年世界会議は、日本 (千葉県 幕張市) で開催された。切手はこれを記念して発行され、「広がる心」がデザインされている。
World Congress of the World Federation for Mental Health Issued on August 23, 1993 (Heisei 5)
The World Federation for Mental Health (WFMH) was founded in London in 1948 and is an internationally acclaimed organization that is in a position to consult with the United Nations and related organizations and has a close relationship with WHO. The World Congress is held every two years, and the 1993 World Congress was held in Japan (Makuhari City, Chiba Prefecture). Stamps are issued in commemoration of this, and a "spreading heart" is designed.
