第48回国民体育大会 1993 (平成5年) 9月3日発行
1993年9月、第48回国民体育大会が開催された。この大会は冬季大会 (青森県：スケート・アイスホッケー 鳥取県：スキー競技) と、夏秋大会 (徳島・香川県) が4県に跨って開催された。この大会の切手は2種発行され、「競泳とオリーブ」と「空手とスダチ」がデザインされている。
48th National Athletic Meet Issued on September 3, 1993 (Heisei 5)
In September 1993, the 48th National Athletic Meet was held. The Winter Games (Aomori Prefecture: Skating / Ice Hockey, Tottori Prefecture: Ski Competition) and the Summer / Autumn Games (Tokushima / Kagawa Prefecture) were held across four prefectures. Two kinds of stamps for this tournament are issued, and "Swimming and Olive" and "Karate and Sudachi" are designed.
