国土緑化 1994 (平成6年) 5月 20日発行
「全国植樹祭」は、昭和25年以来、国土緑化運動の中心的行事として、毎年春に開催されている。国土緑化運動の切手は、過去に1948年と1949年に発行された。1971年に改めて国土緑化運動促進のために切手が発行され、それ以降毎年発行されるようになった。1994年の国土緑化切手は、「コウノトリとノジギクとクスノキ」がデザインされている。

The "National Tree-Planting Festival" has been held every spring since 1950 as a central event of the National Land Afforestation Movement. Stamps for the National Land Afforestation Movement were issued in the past in 1948 and 1949. Stamps were issued again in 1971 to promote the National Land Afforestation Movement, and have been issued every year since then.The 1994 National Land Afforestation Stamp is designed with "Stork, Chrysanthemum and Camphor Tree".
