国連防災世界会議 1994 (平成6年) 5月23日発行
国連防災世界会議は、国際的な防災戦略を策定する国連主催の会議である。第1回世界会議は1994年に神奈川県横浜市で、第2回世界会議は2005年に兵庫県神戸市で開催され、国際的な防災の取組指針である「兵庫行動枠組 (ＨＦＡ) 」が策定された。切手は、1994年の第1回会議を記念して発行され、「水辺の家」がデザインされた。なお、この切手は2種のタブマーク (国連と国内) がついている。

The United Nations World Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction is a conference sponsored by the United Nations that formulates international disaster risk reduction strategies. The 1st World Conference was held in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture in 1994, and the 2nd World Conference was held in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture in 2005. It was formulated.The stamp was issued in commemoration of the first meeting in 1994, and the "waterside house" was designed. This stamp has two types of tab marks (UN and domestic).
