ITU京都全権委員会議 1994 (平成6年) 9月19日発行
国際電気通信連合 (ITU) の基本文書である国際電気通信連合憲章・条約は、1992年 12月、ジュネーヴにおけるITUの追加全権委員会議で採択された。その後、1994年京都全権委員会議、1998年ミネアポリス全権委員会議、2002年マラケシュ全権委員会議および2006年アンタルヤ全権委員会議で改正が行われた。この切手は、1994年に京都で開催されたITU全権委員会議開催を記念して発行され、「パラボラアンテナと通信衛星」がデザインされている。
Plenipotentiary Conference of the ITU Issued on September 19, 1994 (Heisei 6)
The International Telecommunication Union Charter and Convention, the basic document of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), was adopted by the ITU's Additional Plenipotentiary Committee meeting in Geneva in December 1992. After that, revisions were made at the Kyoto Plenipotentiary Committee in 1994, the Minneapolis Plenipoten- tiary Committee in 1998, the Marrakech Plenipotentiary Committee in 2002, and the Antalya Plenipotentiary Committee in 2006. This stamp was issued in commemoration of the ITU Plenipotentiary Committee meeting held in Kyoto in 1994, and "parabolic antenna and communication satellite" is designed.
