1994年 (平成6) 10月、郵政省は第2次文化人シリーズ第3集を発行した。宮城道夫 (邦楽家) と速水御舟 (画家) である。宮城道夫は、筝曲 (琴) 作家である。幼少期に失明したが、11歳で免許皆伝となり、洋楽を摂取して独自の作品を発表した。速水御舟は、大正・昭和期の日本画家である。代表作に「「炎舞」がある。
Cultural Leaders Issued on Nobember 4, 1994 (Heisei 6)
In October 1994 (Heisei 6), the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications published two types of the second series of cultural figures. Michio Miyagi (Japanese musician) and Gyoshu Hayami (painter). Michio Miyagi is a koto writer. He lost his eyesight in his childhood, but at the age of 11, he became a licensed driver's license, ingesting Western music and presenting his own work. Gyoshu Hayami is a Japanese painter in the Taisho and Showa periods. His masterpiece is "Flame Dance".
