In October 1994 (Heisei 6), the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications published two types of the second series of cultural figures. Michio Miyagi (Japanese musician) and Gyoshu Hayami (painter). Michio Miyagi is a koto writer. He lost his eyesight in his childhood, but at the age of 11, he became a licensed driver's license, ingesting Western music and presenting his own work. Gyoshu Hayami is a Japanese painter in the Taisho and Showa periods. His masterpiece is "Flame Dance".
