日本の世界遺産はユネスコに25件登録されており、文化遺産が20件、自然遺産が5件である。初めての登録は1993年尾姫路城と法隆寺である。1994年から1995年、郵政省は日本の世界遺産シリーズを4集 (8種) 発行した。このリーフは第3集と4集である。
1st World Heritage Series 2 Issued on 7.28 / 11 .21, 1995 (Heisei 7)
There are 25 UNESCO World Heritage Sites, 20 Cultural Heritage Sites and 5 Natural Heritage Sites. The first registration was in 1993 at Ohimeji Castle and Horyuji Temple. From 1994 to 1995, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications published 4 collections (8 types) of Japan's World Heritage series. This leaf is the 3rd and 4th collection.
