Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers (JOCV) is an overseas volunteer dispatch system implemented by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as part of Official Development Assistance (ODA) provided by the Government of Japan. be.
