ふみの日 1995年 (平成7年) 7月 21日発行
郵政省は1995年7月、「ふみの日」キャンペーン切手を発行した。みの日とは、郵政省が1979年に制定した 7月23日の手紙記念日である。1995年切手は、「手紙の家」、「ダチョウと手紙」がデザインされている。なお、小型シートと、切手帳が併せて発行された。
Letter Writing Day Issued on July 21, 1995 (Heisei 7)
In July 1995, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued a "Fumi Day" campaign stamp. Only Day is his July 23 letter anniversary, enacted by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications in 1979. The 1995 stamp is designed with "House of Letters" and "Ostrich and Letters". A small sheet and a stamp booklet were issued together.
