ふみの日 1996年 (平成8年) 7月 23日発行
郵政省は1996年7月、「ふみの日」キャンペーン切手を発行した。みの日とは、郵政省が1979年に制定した 7月23日の手紙記念日である。1996年切手は「ネコとポスト」、「馬と手紙」がデザインされている。なお、小型シートと、切手帳が併せて発行された。
Letter Writing Day Issued on July 23, 1996 (Heisei 8)
In July 1996, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued a "Fumi Day" campaign stamp. Only Day is his July 23 letter anniversary, enacted by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications in 1979. The 1996 stamps are designed with "cats and posts" and "horses and letters". A small sheet and a stamp booklet were issued together.
