1995年6月から郵政省はグリーティング切手を発行した。さまざまな機会で郵便による挨拶に利用できるシンプルなデザインの切手の発行により、通常切手では表現できないキャラクター性や季節の多彩な表現など、多様なデザインを創出して郵便の利用促進を目的としている。今回は5種とデザインシール一体型の小型シートで、デザインは「ドラえもん」である。
