高校定時制通信制教育50周年 1997 (平成9年) 8月 11日発行
定時制・通信制教育は、1948年 (昭和23) 、戦後教育の機会均等の理念に基づき、 勤労青少年に高等学校教育を与える為に新しい教育制度として発足した制度である。1955年、「高等学校通信教育の実施科目の拡充」で、通信教育のみで高等学校の卒業が可能になった。1996年には通信制高校は96校、2007年には、344校に増加した。切手は、定時制通信教育50年を記念して発行され、「黒板」がデザインされている。

Night high school / correspondence high school education was established in 1948 (Showa 23) as a new education system to provide high school education to working youth based on the idea of equal opportunity for postwar education. In 1955, "Expansion of Courses for High School Correspondence Education" made it possible to graduate from high school only by correspondence education. The number of correspondence high schools increased to 96 in 1996 and 344 in 2007.rice field. Stamps are issued in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of part-time correspondence education, and a "blackboard" is designed.
