農業災害補償50周年 1997 (平成9年) 12月 2日発行
農業災害補償法は、戦後1947年 (昭和22) に、農業経営安定を図るために制定された。災害その他の不慮の事故および農産物の需給の変動等よつて農業者の農業収入減少に伴う農業経営への影響の損失をサポートする農業保険の制度を確立することを目的 とする。2018年 (平成30) 4月1日の法改正によって「農業災害保険法」に改められた。切手は、この法律制定50年を記念して発行され、「稲田」がデザインされている。
The 50th Anniversary of the Agricultural Insurance System Issued on December 2, 1997 (Heisei 9)
The Agricultural Disaster Compensation Law was enacted in 1947 (Showa 22) after the war in order to stabilize agricultural management. The purpose is to establish an agricultural insurance system that supports the loss of impact on agricultural management due to a decrease in agricultural income of farmers due to disasters and other unexpected accidents and fluctuations in the supply and demand of agricultural products. It was revised to "Agricultural Disaster Insurance Law" by the law revision on April 1, 2018 (Heisei 30). The stamp was issued in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the enactment of this law, and "Inada" is designed.
