Greetings Issued on March 13, 1998 (Heisei 10)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications has been issuing a wide variety of greeting stamps since it first issued greeting stamps in June 1995. The purpose is to promote the use of mail by creating various designs such as character characteristics and various seasonal expressions that cannot be expressed by ordinary stamps by issuing stamps with a simple design that can be used for greetings by mail on various occasions. This greeting stamp is a small sheet with a deformed design sticker, and the design is 6 kinds of "small animals, birds, and flowers".
