The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) is a declaration of basic human rights that all people and all nations must achieve, adopted at the Third United Nations General Assembly on December 10, 1948. Yes (United Nations General Assembly Resolution 217 (III)). The official name is the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. To commemorate this, at the 5th General Assembly in 1950, it was resolved to make December 10th "Human Rights Day" every year and hold commemorative events around the world. Japan has designated the week prior to this day as Human Rights Week. Four kinds of stamps are issued to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and "Family, Heart Tree, People, Happiness" are designed.
