インターネット博覧会 (Internet Fair 2001 Japan) は、経済企画庁長官の堺屋太一が発案して、日本国政府のミレニアム記念事業の一環として2000年12月31日から 2001年12月31日まで1年間行われた、博覧会を模したインターネット上の行事である。愛称 (キャッチコピー) は楽網楽座 (らくもうらくざ) である。切手はこれを記念して発行され、「タンチョウズルと博覧会URL」がデザインされている。

The Internet Fair 2001 Japan was conceived by Taichi Sakaiya, Secretary of the Economic Planning Agency, and was held for one year from December 31, 2000 to December 31, 2001 as part of the Government of Japan's Millennium Memorial Project. It is an event on the Internet that imitates an exposition. Nickname (catch copy) is Raku-Morakuza. The stamp was issued in commemoration of this, and the "Japanese crane and exposition URL" was designed.
