郵政省は2000年7月、「ふみの日」キャンペーン切手を発行した。みの日とは、郵政省が 1979年に制定した 7月23日の手紙記念日である。2000年切手は4種発行され、いずれも「手紙と子供」がデザインされている。なお、小型シートと、切手帳、デザインシートが併せて発行された。
Letter Writing Day 3 Issued on July 23, 2001 (Heisei 13)
In July 2000, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued a "Fumi Day" campaign stamp. Only Day is his July 23 letter anniversary, enacted by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications in 1979. In 2000, four types of stamps were issued, all of which were designed with "letters and children." A small sheet, a stamp booklet, and a design sheet were issued together.
