第1回全国障害者スポーツ大会 2001 (平成13年) 10月 26日発行
全国障害者スポーツ大会は、第56回 (2001年) の国民体育大会から設立された障害者のスポーツ大会である。主催は文部科学省・日本パラスポーツ協会など。第1回から 2018年の第18回大会まで天皇・皇后 (当時の皇太子・同妃雅子) が出席していた。現在は秋篠宮夫妻が出席している。切手は、この大会を記念して発行され、「フライングディスクと競争競技」がデザインされている。
The 1st National Sports Games For the Disabled Issued on October 26, 2001 (Heisei 13)
The National Sports Festival for the Disabled is a sports competition for the disabled, which was established from the 56th National Sports Festival (2001). Organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, Japan Parasports Association, etc. The emperor and empress (then crown prince and princess Masako) were present from the 1st to the 18th convention in 2018. Currently, Mr. and Mrs. Akishino are in attendance. Stamps are issued to commemorate this tournament and are designed with "Flying Discs and Competitions".
