ふみの日1 2002 (平成14年) 7月23日発行
郵政省は2002年7月、「ふみの日」キャンペーン切手を発行した。ふみの日とは、郵政省が1979年に制定した 7月23日の手紙記念日である。2002年切手は4種発行され、いずれも「手紙と子供」がデザインされている。なお、小型シートと、切手帳、デザインシートが併せて発行された。
Letter Writing Day 1 Issued on July 23, 2002 (Heisei 14)
In July 2002, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued a "Fumi Day" campaign stamp. Fumi Day is the anniversary of his letter on July 23, established by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications in 1979. Four kinds of stamps were issued in 2002, and all of them are designed with "letter and children". A small sheet, a stamp booklet, and a design sheet were issued together.
