国際車いすバスケットボール連盟 (International Wheelchair Basketball Federation) は、下肢障害者が車いすバスケットボールの試合をするためのNPOで、車いすバスケットボールを統括する国際団体で1989年に設立された。現在は53の国・地域が加盟している。切手は2002年8月に日本で開催された世界選手権大会を記念して発行され、「車いすバスケットボール」がデザインされている。

The International Wheelchair Basketball Federation is an NPO for people with lower limbs to play wheelchair basketball games, and was established in 1989 as an international organization that oversees wheelchair basketball. Currently, 53 countries / regions are members. The stamp was issued in commemoration of the World Championships held in Japan in August 2002, and "Wheelchair Basketball" is designed.
