アジア太平洋障害者の十年国際会議 2002 (平成14年) 10月 10日発行
1992 (平成4) 年4月、「国連・障害者の十年 (1983-1992) 」に続き、2002年10月、国連アジア太平洋経済社会委員会 (UNESCAP) の第48回総会で、日本ほか33か国による共同提案で「アジア太平洋障害者の十年 (1993-2002) 」の決議が採択された。切手は、これを記念して発行され、「やあ、やあ」がデザインされている。

In April 1992 (1992), following the United Nations Decade of Persons with Disabilities (1983-1992), in October 2002, at the 48th General Assembly of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP), Japan and others A joint proposal by 33 countries adopted the resolution of "Asia Pacific Decade of Persons with Disabilities (1993-2002)". The stamp was issued in commemoration of this, and "Hi, Hi" is designed.
