台湾は1895年（明治28年）から1945年（昭和20年）までの50年間、日本領土だった。
台湾には3つの国立公園があった。戦時色が濃くなった1941年（昭和16）、大屯、新高阿里山、次高太魯閣国立公園切手が同時に発行された。小型シートは3国立公園を合わせて2シート、7.6万枚発行された。

Taiwan was a Japanese territory for 50 years from 1895 (Meiji 28) to 1945 (Showa 20). There were three national parks in Taiwan. In 1941 (Showa 16), when the premonition of the war became stronger, these Daiton, Tsugitaka -Taroko National Park stamps were issued at the same time. Published 76,000 small sheets.
