瀬戸内海国立公園 (第2次) 1963 (昭和38) 8月 20日発行
1963年 (昭和38) 8月、郵政省は瀬戸内海国立公園切手 (2次) 2種を発行した。 瀬戸内海国立公園は、大小1000あまりに及ぶ島々で形成された内海多島海景観である。指定当初は、倉敷 市鷲羽山や王子が岳などを含む一部の地域だったが、その後数回にわたって区域が広がり、現在は海域を含めると日本一広大な公園となっている。同公園内で優れた自然景観を保持している国が指定した「特別地域」に、鷲羽山、王子が岳、由加山、龍王山などが指定されている。第1次切手は1939年に大山国立公園と一緒に発行された。
Setonaikai National Park (Second) Issued on 8 , 20 , 1963 (Showa 38)
In August 1963 (Showa 38), the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued two types of Setonaikai National Park stamps (secondary). Setonaikai National Park is an inland sea archipelago landscape formed by over 1000 large and small islands.At the beginning of the designation, it was a part of the area including Mt. Washuzan in Kurashiki City and Mt. Ojigatake, but the area has expanded several times since then, and now it is the largest park in Japan including the sea area. Mt. Washuyama, Mt. Ojigatake, Mt. Yukayama, Mt. Ryuozan, etc. are designated as "special areas" designated by the country that maintains an excellent natural landscape in the park.The first stamp was issued in 1939 with Daisen National Park.
