In January 1965, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued two types of stamps for Daisen-Oki National Park.Daisen-Oki National Park is a national park located across the three prefectures of Tottori, Shimane, and Okayama.
Originally on February 1, 1936, there was a limited area centered on Oyama along with Towada National Park (currently Towada Hachimandaira National Park), Yoshino Kumano National Park, and Fuji Hakone National Park (currently Fuji Hakone Izu National Park). It is the beginning that was specified.
The area is 69,410.5ha (land area: 35,353ha, sea area: 34,057.5ha).
The first stamp was issued in 1939 (Showa 14) together with Setonaikai National Park.
