In November 1967 (Showa 42), the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued two types of Chichibu Tama National Park stamps. Chichibu Tama National Park is a national park that spans Saitama, Yamanashi, Nagano, and Tokyo, centered on the Okuchichibu Mountains with Kitaokusenjodake as the highest peak. Area 126,259ha.
Mt. Kinpou, Mt. Mizugaki, Mt. Daibosatsu, which is one of the 100 famous mountains in Japan. Mt. Kumotori, Nishizawa Valley, which is known for its beauty, Higashizawa Valley and Mitake Shosenkyo are well known.
