足摺国定公園 1960 (昭和35) 8 月 1 日発行
1960年 (昭和35) 8月、郵政省は足摺国定公園切手1種を発行した。
足摺国定公園は、現在、足摺・宇和海国立公園に昇格された。愛知県の宇和海から、高知県の足摺岬にわたるエリアで、滑床 (なめとこ) 渓谷、竜串 (たつくし) 海域公園などの中に、亜熱帯植物の群落や海鳥の群生が見られる。
切手は、足摺灯台と「巡礼」 (宗教上の聖地を巡る行為) の母と子がデザインされている。
Ashizuri Quasi-National Park Issued on 3 , 20 , 1960 (Showa 35)
In August 1960 (Showa 35), the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued one type of Ashizuri Quasi-National Park stamp.
Ashizuri Quasi-National Park has now been promoted to Ashizuri-Uwakai National Park. In the area from the Uwa Sea in Aichi Prefecture to Cape Ashizuri in Kochi Prefecture, subtropical plant communities and seabird communities can be seen in areas such as. the Nametoko Valley and the Tatsukushi Marine Park.
The stamps are designed with the Ashizuri Lighthouse and the mother and child of a "pilgrimage" (an act of visiting religious sanctuaries).
