高野竜神国定公園 1969 (昭和44) 3 月 25 日発行
1969年 (昭和44) 3月、郵政省は高野竜神国定公園切手2種を発行した。
高野竜神国定公園は、和歌山県の高野山からその南の竜神温泉を含む山岳を中心としたエリアである。1967年に指定され、公園面積は192㎢である。
816年、その山頂に、空海 (弘法大師) 創建の真言密教道場の金剛峯寺(こんごうぶじ)を囲む100余の寺坊があり、その中に町並みが続く特異な山岳宗教景観を示している。切手は、高野山と護摩壇山がデザインされている。

In March 1969 (Showa 44), the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued two types of Takano Ryujin Quasi-National Park stamps.
Koya Ryujin Quasi-National Park is an area centered on the mountains, including Koyasan in Wakayama Prefecture and Ryujin Onsen to the south. Designated in 1967, the park area is 192 ㎢.There is Kongobuji Temple, a Shingon Esoteric Buddhist Dojo. founded by Kukai (Kobo Daishi) in 816. There are more than 100 temples surrounding it, and the townscape continues in it, showing a unique mountain religious landscape.
The stamps are designed by Mt. Koya and Mt. Gomadan.
