比婆道後帝釈国定公園 1972 (昭和47) 3 月 24 日発行
1972年 (昭和47) 3月、郵政省は比婆道後帝釈国定公園切手2種を発行した。
比婆道後帝釈国定公園は、広島、鳥取、島根の 3県に広がる山地と，帝釈川渓谷を含むエリアである。公園面積は 84km2で1963年指定された。北部は比婆山、道後山など、 1200m級の山地が中心。この一帯の山林は伐採され，放牧地や草原が多い。比婆山の大木林と，原生林は貴重である。帝釈峡は石灰岩渓谷で，カルスト地形が発達している。切手は、比婆連峰と帝釈峡がデザインされている。
Hiba-Dōgo-Taishaku Quasi-National Park Issued on 3 , 24 , 1972 (Showa 47)
In March 1972, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued two types of Hiba, Dogo, and Taishaku Quasi-National Park Stamps.
Hiba, Dogo,Taishaku Quasi-National Park is an area that includes the mountains of Hiroshima,Tottori, and Shimane Prefecture, and the Taishaku Valley. The park area is 84km2 and was designated in 1963. The northern part is centered on 1200m- class mountains such as Mt. Hiba and Mt. Dogo.The forests in this area have been cut down, and there are many grazing lands and grasslands.The large forests of Mt. Hiba and the primeval forests are valuable. Taishaku Gorge is a limestone valley. with well-developed karst terrain.
The stamps are designed for the Hiba mountain range and the Taishaku Gorge.
