年賀切手 昭和58年用 1982 (昭和57年) 12月1日発行
1983年用年賀切手は、1982年 (昭和57) 12月1日に発行された。併せて、寄付金無 し年賀はがき40円 (27.2億枚) と、額面40円+寄付金3円はがき (2.4億枚) が発行 された。この年から寄付金が1円から3円に値上がりしたため、寄付金付き葉書は例年の50％以下の発行となった。年賀切手は、7千万枚 (葉書の42分の一) が発行された。デザインは、堤人形の「ししのり金太郎」であり、年賀はがき懸賞として「小型シート」が配賦された。

The 1983 New Year stamp was issued on December 1, 1982 (Showa 57).
