年賀切手 昭和60年用 1984 (昭和59年) 12月1日発行
1985年用年賀切手は、1984年 (昭和59) 12月1日に発行された。併せて、寄付金無し年賀はがき40円 (29.1億枚) と、額面40円+寄付金3円はがき (2.4億枚) が発行された。年賀切手は、7千万枚 (葉書の45分の一) が発行された。デザインは、津山の「竹細工」であり、年賀はがき懸賞として「小型シート」が配賦された。

The 1985 New Year stamp was issued on December 1, 1984 (Showa 59). At the same time, 40 yen (2.91 billion pieces) of New Year's postcards without donations and 40 yen of face value + 3 yen of donations (240 million pieces) were issued. 70 million New Year stamps (1/45 of postcards) were issued. The design is Tsuyama's "bamboo work", and a "small sheet" was distributed as a New Year's postcard sweepstakes.
