年賀切手 平成2年用 1989 (平成元年) 12月1日発行
1990年用年賀切手は、1989年 (平成元年) 12月1日に発行された。因みに、同年4月1日から消費税が導入された。そのため、葉書料金は40円から41円に値上げされた。また、世界で初めてくじ付き年賀切手62円 (封書用) が同時発行された。デザインは、 41円が「八幡馬」であり、62円が、「浜松張り子」である。 更に、年賀はがき懸賞として、年賀切手41円と慶賀切手62円を組み合わせた「小型シート」が配賦された。
