ふるさと (地方) 切手 1989 (平成元年) 8月15日～9月29日 発行
郵政省と地方郵政局は、1989年 (平成1) 8月から9月、地方切手 (後のふるさと切手) を発行した。デザインは北海道が「北海道庁旧庁舎」 (1300万枚) で、44回国民体育大会が「ランナーとハマナス」 (400万枚) 、熊本県が「熊本城」 (900万枚) 、北海道 (北海道庁) は、年賀切手景品の小型シートが配賦された。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on 8 15, ～ 9 29, 1989 (Heisei 1)
