ふるさと (地方) 切手 1989 (平成元年) 10月2日～10月27日 発行
郵政省と地方郵政局は、1989年 (平成1) 10月、地方切手 (後のふるさと切手) を発行した。デザインは、石川県が「兼六園」 (450万枚) で、大阪府が「文楽と中の島公会堂」(1300万枚) 、滋賀県が「琵琶湖と信楽焼」 (1300万枚) 、青森県が「リンゴ」 (1200万枚) 、千葉県が「証城寺の狸林」 (9000万枚) である。石川県は1992.1.10に小型シート (年賀景品) を発行した。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on 10 2, ～ 10 27, 1989 (Heisei 1)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued local stamps (later Furusato Stamps) in October 1989 (Heisei 1). The design is "Kenrokuen" (4.5 million) in Ishikawa prefecture, "Bunraku and Nakajima Public Hall" (13 million) in Osaka prefecture, "Lake Biwa and Shigaraki ware" (13 million) in Shiga prefecture, and "Apple" in Aomori prefecture. (12 million), Chiba Prefecture is the "Apple Forest of Shojoji" (90 million). Ishikawa Prefecture issued a small sheet (New Year's gift) on January 10, 1992.
