ふるさと (地方) 切手 1989 (平成元年) 11月1日～1990 (平成2) 3月1日 発行
郵政省と地方郵政局は、1989年 (平成1) 10月、地方切手 (後のふるさと切手) を発行した。デザインは、東京都が「東京駅」 (1500万枚) で、山口県が「ふぐ提灯」 (1050万枚) 、北海道アジア冬季大会が「アイスホッケー」 (350万枚) である。
山口県は1991.1.10に小型シート (年賀景品) を発行した。
Furusato (Regional) Stamps Issued on 11 1, 1989 (Heisei 1)～3.1，1990 (Heisei2) The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued regional stamps (later Furusato Stamps) in October 1989 (Heisei 1). The design is "Tokyo Station" (15 million sheets) in Tokyo, "Fugu Lantern" (1.5 million sheets) in Yamaguchi Prefecture, and "Ice Hockey" (3.5 million sheets) in the Hokkaido Asian Winter Games. Yamaguchi Prefecture issued a small sheet (New Year's gift) on 1991.11.10.
