郵政省と地方郵政局は、1990年 (平成2) 4月、「ふるさと切手」の47都道府県「県花」を発行した。デザインは、各都道府県の「県花」がデザインさている。

In April 1990, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued 47 prefectures of "Furusato Stamps", "Prefectural Flowers". The design is designed by the "prefectural flowers" of each prefecture.
