郵政省と地方郵政局は、1991年 (平成3) 6月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、岩手県が「岩手山」 (1140万枚) 。この切手の切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Regional Stamps Issued on 6 10, 1991 (Heisei 3)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in June 1991 (Heisei 3). The design is "Mt. Iwate" (11.4 million sheets) by Iwate Prefecture. A stamp booklet pane of this stamp was issued.
