郵政省と地方郵政局は、1991年 (平成3) 6月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、徳島県が「阿波十郎兵衛」 (500万枚) である。小型シートと切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato Stamps Issued on 6 26, 1991 (Heisei 3)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in June 1991 (Heisei 3). The design is "Awa Jurobei" (5 million pieces) by Tokushima Prefecture. A small sheet and a stamp booklet pane were issued.
