ふるさと切手 1991 (平成3年) 7月 1日発行
郵政省と地方郵政局は、1991年 (平成3) 7月、「ふるさと切手」を発行した。デザインは、宮崎県が「都井岬と野生馬」 (800万枚) である。同時に小型シートと、切手帳ペーンが発行された。
Furusato Stamps Issued on 7 1, 1991 (Heisei 3)
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Local Post Office issued "Furusato Stamps" in July 1991 (Heisei 3). The design is "Cape Toi and wild horses" (8 million pieces) by Miyazaki Prefecture. At the same time, a small sheet and a stamp booklet pane were issued.
